Thanks

After a project ends, I write a short thank-you to each person on it. Two sentences, and the second one names something specific they did, such as “the way you rewrote the error copy at 6pm on Thursday”. I have done it for four years. The replies are usually longer than what I wrote, and a few people have kept them.
