about

I’m Mira Okonkwo. I design software for a small accounting company in Rotterdam, mostly the screens people use at the end of the month when they are tired and behind.

These notes started as one text file on my laptop in 2019. They are here because a colleague asked for the one about design reviews and I got tired of emailing it.

What you will find

• notes on process, meetings and research, written the week they happened
• the occasional list of tools, which ages badly
• things I changed my mind about, kept next to what I used to think

What you will not

Client names, screenshots of unreleased work, or advice I have not tried myself.

If a note is wrong, it stays up with a date on the correction.

Write to me at mira@example.com. I answer within a week, usually on Sunday.
